AJ Indoor Skatepark

AJ Skatepark (also known as Skatepark AJ Project) is a highly regarded private indoor action-sports facility in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It is known in the Canary Islands for providing a controlled, professional-grade training environment, in contrast to many outdoor public plazas on the island. Located in an industrial/commercial warehouse district, the park benefits from high ceilings and an open, unobstructed interior layout suitable for progression sessions. The terrain combines indoor flow-transition riding with technical street elements, using high-quality wood and specialized composite riding surfaces often favored for progression and repeat training. Core setup includes a flow-oriented wooden bowl/transition section with pockets, hips, and coping; a street section with rails, ledges, and funbox/pyramid-style elements; and training-focused features such as resi-style cushioned landings and modular obstacle configurations that can be adjusted for classes and advanced practice. As a private facility, access is fee- or membership-based and tied to coached skate-school programming across skill levels. The indoor setup provides year-round training reliability during sun, rain, and calima conditions. While skateboarding is the primary focus, sessions may also include BMX, scooter, and rollerblading in managed time slots.
