About Anthem Hills Park & Anthem East Trailhead

Anthem Hills Park Skatepark is an expansive 26,500-square-foot outdoor concrete facility designed for skaters and BMX riders of all skill levels. The park features a transition-focused layout with a diverse terrain. Near the entrance, there is a street-style flow course equipped with a hubba ledge, a rail, a fun box with a flat bar, a transfer ledge, and a bank to wall. A dynamic snake run winds around a corner, changing in type and depth. The park also includes various pockets with different radii and depths, a spine, two large rolled volcanoes, hips, transfers, tall extensions, and rollers. Deeper features include an 8-foot deep square bowl with a hip and a small kidney pool with an 8-foot deep end and a 5-foot shallow end. All bowls are interconnected to create a smooth, continuous flow. The architectural design emphasizes a seamless and dynamic experience, providing a "roller coaster ride type experience" with numerous elevation changes on the deck and in the flat bottom, complemented by an abundance of rolled lips. The layout cleverly transitions from a street-oriented section into a more fluid, transition-based area, culminating in the deeper bowls, allowing for a variety of skating styles and continuous momentum.
