About Black Pearl Skatepark

The Black Pearl Skatepark was a legendary, massive outdoor facility located in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. Spanning a staggering 52,000 square feet, it opened in April 2005 to global fanfare, instantly claiming the title of the largest outdoor concrete skatepark in the Western Hemisphere (and the second largest in the world at the time). The park was opened by music icon Tony Hawk and quickly became an international destination for professional transition and street riders. Constructed with high-grade, smooth poured concrete designed to withstand tropical climates, the park's scale and fluid lines were unprecedented for a Caribbean island facility.
