While the original footprint dates back to 1999, the facility underwent a comprehensive, ground-up transformation by Team Pain Skateparks in 2014. The resulting architecture masterfully weaves together a sprawling, fast-paced transition landscape with an elongated, diverse street plaza. Its undisputed centerpiece is a custom-fabricated, fully skateable ore cart—a striking architectural feature that honors the region's rich silver mining legacy.
