About Delano Skate Park

The Delano Skate Park is a large, well-designed outdoor concrete facility spanning approximately 23,400 square feet, catering to a mix of skateboarding styles with a strong emphasis on transition and flow. The park features extensive transition areas with walls up to 10 feet high, including a large, standalone bowl that is 8-9 feet deep with four distinct pockets. A tall roll-in helps maintain speed. The dedicated street section offers cement boxes, rails, a cement picnic table, and three different sets of stairs. Near the entrance, tall pyramids with ramps serve as initial drop-in points. All obstacles are equipped with steel coping. The layout encourages long, flowing lines and momentum, with the main bowl and transition areas distinct from the perimeter street obstacles. A 10-foot fence encloses the park, which, despite its height, allows the interior to feel spacious.
