Kamuela - Waimea Skatepark

The Waimea Skatepark, designed by SITE Design Group, Inc., is a 7,500-square-foot outdoor concrete facility. Its layout integrates a street-style section with a standalone bowl, offering a comprehensive skating experience. The central feature of the street course is a half pyramid with a hubba ledge, acting as a focal point. This area is surrounded by quarter pipes and bank ramps, providing transitional elements and opportunities for various tricks. A separate, free-standing bowl, described by one source as a 'peanut bowl', caters to transition-oriented skaters. The park also includes smooth bowls, ledges, rails, banks, a mini-ramp, and a wall ride.
