Matt Hughes Skate Park

Originally established in 1998, Matt Hughes Skate Park is a modernized, 100% concrete outdoor facility in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The park underwent a major street-plaza renovation in 2018 and received a significant transition upgrade in 2023 built by 5th Pocket Skateparks. Free to the public and fully lit for night sessions, the park features a custom flow bowl, street plaza, low-impact rails, manual pads, modern ledges, concrete pipes, bank ramps, quarterpipes, and high-flow transition terrain, making it a cornerstone of the local skate scene.
