Pat Elsbree Skate Park
About Pat Elsbree Skate Park
Pat Elsbree Skate Park is a 15,000-square-foot skatepark located within Hiram Lewis Park in Windsor, California. Dedicated in February 2003 to local pioneer and conservation farmer Charles "Pat" Elsbree, the park was designed and built by Wormhoudt Inc. The layout blends mellow transition terrain with a central street section, creating a hybrid design that favors flow, continuous lines, and progression for a wide range of skill levels. The park combines bowl riding, transitions, and street features in a classic early-2000s Northern California design.
